Over the past decade or so Blakk Dogg has been crafting in secret his brazen departure from the norm of chill and relaxed lo-fi instrumentals. Far removed from the typical crate digging affairs of boom bap or the sleepy melodic laced study beat playlists, "Graveyard Lo-Fi" lives somewhere in between the macarbe and the serene. Dark and brooding, yet as immediately groovy as his numerous hip hop influences, Blakk Dogg aims to create a new wave of turgid sound in a sea of otherwise vague and forgettable options.
